Sloan - we would like to thank you for visiting our web site. We are a
family owned and operated business. Our
number one goal is Customer Service. Most of our orders are shipped
within 24 hours of receipt. When you contact us you will talk to more than
just an order taker. We know & use the products we sell, we also own
and use scroll saws. We offer high quality scroll saw woods and
accessories at prices we think you will find attractive. If your not happy
with our products in anyway, Please let us know so we can make it right. We take care in packing each order. We want it
to arrive undamaged as much as you do. We have only had 2 claims for
damage in 17 years !!! We keep our overhead low, we don't use flashy
catalogs or have a super nice storefront. (we see no reason to have you
pay for all of that, wood cost enough as it is.) We
do not ship outside of the US. We do not
offer online ordering. Listed below you will find

Ordering by Phone - Call us on our Toll Free Order Line
at 1-888-615-9663. We are here Monday thru Friday 9am-3pm, and on Saturday
9am-1pm Central Time. We are closed on Sunday as well as all major holidays. We
accept Visa, MasterCard & Discover.
Ordering by Fax - You may fax us your order 24 hours a
day. Just print out and fill in our order form completely. Please include a
phone number is case we have questions about your order. Our fax number is
1-615-453-0507. We accept Visa, MasterCard & Discover.
Ordering by Mail - Send a completed order form to:
Sloan's Woodshop - 3453 Callis Road - Lebanon, TN 37090. Please include a phone
number is case we have questions about your order. You can pay by check, money
order, or credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard & Discover. Credit card
customers please include, card number, expiration date, and signature. Tennessee
residents must add 9.25% sales tax. All returned or NSF checks will have an
additional service charge of $20.00. All Checks or Money Orders Must Be
Drawn on a US Bank in US Dollars.
Shipping - We ship most orders within 24 hours of
receipt. We use UPS for most shipments. They do require a street address, No
PO Boxes Please. Sorry No COD's. We do provide insurance for all shipments.
- Shipping & Handling charges for the 48 contiguous states only are as follows:
- $00.00 - $40.00 add $6.50
- $40.01 - $60.00 add $8.00
- $60.01 - $80.00 add $10.00
- $80.01 and over add 15% of merchandise total
Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO and other
military addresses. Please contact us for the shipping & handling charges.
The
largest piece of plywood we can ship is 12"x24"
We
are sorry but we no longer ship outside of the US In the past we
had too many problems
arise with shipments going to Other Countries. We have found we can't
rely on the different postal services to get the packages from us to you in a
timely matter.

Return Policy - If you are not completely satisfied
please call us for return instructions. Return request must be made within 30
days of invoice. We will be glad to exchange, credit, or refund the amount upon receipt
of the merchandise. Shipping Charges are not refundable. Returns can not
be accepted unless in original, resalable condition. All merchandise returned
must be shipped prepaid. We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee for
non-defective merchandise. Please call us before making any type of return so
the process will happen without any problems. Books, Patterns, and other Copyrighted Materials
Can Not Be Returned.
