Olson Scroll Saw Flies easily shape and sand complex contours and forms eliminating hand sanding. They can shape and sand hard and soft wood, plaster, greenware, soapstone and non-ferrous metals including copper and brass. They work in most scroll saws taking 5" pin less and pin end blades. Use them in a pin vise, craft knife handles, mini hack, jeweler and hand fret saws. Olson Scroll Saw Files have a tempered spring steel core coated with silicon carbide abrasive. Exceptional abrasion, strength & durability. Caution: Do not cut with the leading edge. Scroll saw files are for sanding and shaping, not aggressive cutting/sawing, Use with light pressure. Unique tooth design allows the blade to cut on both the up and down stroke. Cuts a little slower for more control. The finish is smooth with a clean, sharp, splinter-free edges in hard/soft woods, plywood, plastics & corian. The 2-way cutting action prevents melting behind the cut in most plastic including acrylic, lexan, and plexglas. They have no top or bottom for easy blade installation. OLSON® 5" Long Plain End - Scroll Saw Blades
Ideal for use in the older type spring tension scroll saws such as Delta 24", Powermatic 24", Sprunger, Shopsmith and imported spring tension scroll saws under various trade names.
Many schools and factories use this type of blade. These are heavy duty blades that will take lots of punishment. They are not for cutting intricate fret work patterns. The .250" blades are great for making straight cutoffs.
The .100" and narrower width blades can also be used in parallel & C-arm scroll saws.
These blades have regular style teeth and are 5" long with plain ends.

Forme d'Art Brand - Jewelers Blades
Jewelers blades are made for hand frame jewelers saws, not power scroll saws....but many scrollers use them in their scroll saws. We do this because you can get much smaller blades. You will break more blades, but they are only $10 a gross. To help stop this loosen up on your tension just a little and let the blades do the cutting. Don't push too hard. They will cut soft metals, hardwood, plywood, etc... They are 5" long with plain ends.

12" Fret Saw Frame
This 12" deep - Solid Steel - Flat Wire Frame works excellent for detailed scroll work & marquetry. It is well balanced and the rigid wire frame keeps the blade taut for pull or down stroke sawing. The handle can be folded between frame ends for storage. It will accept all 5 inch pin-less blades.

Blade Storage Tubes
Clear plastic tubes. 3/4" diameter and 6" long. The tops have a hang tab that will hang on peg hooks. Keep your blades in order. Each tube will hold at least a gross of all but the largest blade sizes. They are sold in a pack of one dozen tubes with hangtab tops.

Saw Blade Lubricant
prolongs blade life and produces smoother and quicker cuts. Wax stick is
specially compounded to keep metal, plastic, and wood cutting from clogging
because of chips or pitch. The stick measures 8" long x 1" diameter.
It comes in a plastic storage tube. Works great on scroll saw & band saw
blades.
